Coastal Blue Advisory was founded to help fintech, SaaS, and financial institutions move faster on the decisions that matter most — product strategy, AI adoption, team modernization, and execution.
I bring operator experience across product leadership, fintech, and B2B SaaS, with a track record of helping companies sharpen strategy, modernize products, and build for real-world complexity. That means I've sat in the seat — not just advised from the outside.
Coastal Blue combines senior-level advisory with practical execution support. The goal is to help clients move from concept to traction with less drag, more clarity, and the kind of senior judgment that usually requires a full bench of operators.
Engagements are intentionally limited. The model is boutique by design — every client gets focused attention and direct access, not a managed handoff to someone junior.
